Current Needs

From time to time Jireh Trust takes on specific projects, which appear here...

    We have been supporting the Father's House charity in Kiev for some years now, but we have recently learnt that their income has plummeted due to the world recession and the consequent reduction in donations. Their work involves taking children off the streets and placing them in family environments - teaching basic social skills, family values and other essential skills that allow them to resume or even being a 'normal' life. We would welcome further donations and prayer towards this fantastic facility.


 Financial Support

Obviously, financial support is important to any charity and Jireh Trust is no exception. We can only continue supporting children and families in Ukraine with the money that is given to us. Some people give to our general funds, which are used at the Trustee's discretion, but others prefer to nominate the area of work for which they want the money to be used. Generally, Jireh Trust supports the following areas: -

  • Feeding Street Children
  • Orphanages – both Christian and State-run. This includes refurbishments, improvements, equipment, food etc
  • Bible school and general Christian material
  • Gifts to individual families in need
As administration costs are dealt with separately, you can be sure that every penny of your donation will be used directly to improve the lives of the people we are helping.

Any donation that you give will be in the strictest confidence. If you are a tax payer and would like us to claim gift aid on your donation (at no cost to you), then we ask that you would complete a brief form (please click here. This enables us to increase your donation by over a quarter.


 Prayer Support

Please pray for the work of Jireh Trust specifically, that we are in touch with God's will for the gifts (financial and other) which are distributed. Please also pray that God provides the funds needed for those projects that He has inspired.


 Ideas & Networking

The Trust is always on the lookout for new ideas both in terms of fundraising, publicity and projects to support. If you have ideas or know contacts in Ukraine that you feel could benefit, then please let us know. Please talk about Jireh Trust with your friends and colleagues.  Being Informed

Would you like to be informed about what is happening with Jireh Trust and what difference is being made to lives in Ukraine? If so then email us and we will include you in our newsletter. Under no circumstances will your address be misused, forwarded or sold. Newsletters are not sent regularly but only when something is news worthy (approximately twice each year).
